Suzhou Inovance was founded in 2008 as an industrial automation control software and hardware business. It is now the main manufacturing facility for the Inovance Group, and also maintains its own R&D facilities.

Rigorous inspection techniques, such as solder paste inspection, automated optical inspection, furnace temperature inspection, in-circuit testing and functional testing of the finished assembly ensure world-class manufacturing. Meanwhile, statistical process control is used to monitor process consistency.
Inovance’s flagship Monarch brand is a leading provider of elevator and escalator control solutions. Monarch’s integrated controller concept combines an elevator control with the drive. The company’s product portfolio includes the NICE3000+ integrated elevator controller, the NICE2000 integrated escalator controller and the NICE1000+ parallel integrated controller, as well as control cabinets and peripheral devices. Monarch’s products are suitable for commercial passenger and goods elevators, as well as elevators in private residences, and the company has a leading position in many of the world’s most important elevator markets. The company’s market share in Europe is growing rapidly and it already has over 30% of the elevator inverter market in India.
